Hospitality Browser complains that I am missing either WININET.DLL. SHLWAPI.DLL, OLEAUT32.DLL, or ADVAPI32.DLL

Re-install the program and this time specify "CUSTOM SETUP" as the installation type (not "Typical" or "Compact").

When installing, I get the error "Authenticode signature not found" |

You have so many products. Which should I install? |
All the products access the same, complete series of databases, so you can choose whichever one you prefer. It makes no difference.

Whenever I click on the Hospitality Browser logo, the website opens! |
Click on the small green button below the search boxes to perform searches. Or, even easier, just hit ENTER on your keyboard.

When I try to set up my Internet Connection, and click on the "Test" button, either GET or POST tests fail. |
You are behind a firewall and must configure Hospitality Browser correctly to work behind a firewall. The program is compliant with HTTP Proxies, SOCKS 4 and SOCKS 5. Go under the "Options|Internet Connection" menu to specify which kind of firewall protocol your network uses. If you do not know what your proxy settings are, please consult with your network administrator.

My favorite browser is Netscape, but Hospitality Browser keeps launching Internet Explorer (or vice versa..) |
Hospitality Browser will rely upon whatever browser is set as your default browser. Default browser settings are available under the 'preferences' or 'options' menus of most browsers. Our software does not control which browser you have set as your default.

Hospitality Browser is too large on my screen |
Hospitality Browser looks best when you have your display settings set at 1024x768 or greater (e.g. 1280x1024). Here is how to modify your display settings:
- Open the Windows Control Panel (Start|Settings|Control Panel)
- Double-click the "Display" icon
- Click the 'Settings' tab
- Drag the 'Screen Area' notch to the right
- Adjust the 'Colors' area if necessary (High Color 16 bit or greater recommended)
- Click the "Apply" button
- Click the "Okay" button

I keep clicking on Hospitality Browser, and nothing happens! |
